Single Document Fees

 

  • $15 per notarized signature/document

  • Travel: $25-75 (Mon.-Sat., Home, Office, Anywhere public)

  • Travel: $40 (Sundays/After Hours)

  • Travel to hospitals: $30

  • Travel to Jails-$40 (Wait time extra fee)

  • (Travel outside of Santa Clara County, have the higher travel fees)

Document Package Fees

 

  • In County Loan Signings – $120 & up

  • Out of County Loan Signing-$150 & up

  • Trust Signing

    -$150 & up (1 Trustee) Includes travel.

    -$200 & up (2 Trustees) includes travel.

Mobile Service Fees

 

Delivering Documents (Minimum $30.00)

  • $1.15 per mile

Borrowers, Additional (more than 2)

  • $25.00 each

Waiting Time

  • 15 minutes or more is $20.00

International Shipping Concierge Fee

  • $85 (Any country in the world)

Copies/Printing of documents

  • $25 per set
